- Overload, flood, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the URLs, prompts, and instructions you provide to Zélie. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your demo videos.
Generated Content
Demo videos generated by Zélie are owned by you, subject to your active subscription. You may use, distribute, and modify generated demos for any lawful purpose. Zélie retains no ownership rights over your generated content.
Our Content
The Zélie platform, including its design, code, AI models, documentation, and branding, is owned by Zélie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
6. Subscription and Payments
- Free tier: Limited features available at no cost, subject to usage limits.
- Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually based on the plan selected. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zélie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zélie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Previously generated demos will remain accessible for 30 days for download
- We may delete your data after the 30-day retention period
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zélie operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
